The entry deadline for the Retail Interiors Awards has been extended to 5pm next Friday, June 13.
This is the 11th year that retailers, designers and shopfitters will have submitted projects and last year more than 150 of them chased the 13 accolades that were up for grabs.
Three new categories have been added this year: Green Store of the Year, Retail Destination of the Year and Best In-store Catering and Hospitality, to reflect the altering priorities of those working in the sector.
More than 600 people attended the awards ceremony last year and it looks probable that the number will be exceeded in 2008. The awards will take place at the Hilton on London’s Park Lane on September 30.
