The retailer opened its first international store in Doha, Qatar in 2016. Despite plans to open more franchises in the Middle East, these have yet to materialise. Bathstore aims to deliver style and value to a mid-market audience. Its product ranges include own-label suites, baths, showers, sanitaryware, taps, tiles, heating, lighting, furniture and accessories. The retailer’s focus has always been on empowering the customer, with store staff trained to assist in bathroom design.
