LaSalle Investment Management has purchased Taylor Woodrow's leasehold interest in The Cascades Shopping Centre, Portsmouth, for£25.6 million. The purchase represents a net initial yield of 6.6 per cent. LaSalle Investment Management now has 100 per cent ownership of the scheme. Colliers CRE acted for Taylor Woodrow. Jones Lang LaSalle advised the purchaser.
