TGWU plans M&S tribunal

The Transport & General Workers' Union (TGWU) intends to take Marks & Spencer (M&S) to tribunal over the transfer of store detectives' employment to Securicor. According to TGWU, M&S 'failed to properly inform and consult its workforce'.
