Land Securities has signed Next for a 1,300 sq m unit as its latest tenant at its 32,890 sq m Lakeside retail park in Thurrock, Essex. The letting is part of Land Securities' strategy towards expanding the offer and improving the tenant mix. The park's tenants include My Travel, PC World and Toys R Us.
