Modus Developments has bought a development site at Whitley Bay, Tyne & Wear, from Landmark Securities for almost£2.3 million. Planning consent already exists for a development of 20 new units, and pre-lettings have been agreed with Marks & Spencer Simply Food, Peacocks and Iceland. CB Richard Ellis advised the vendor. Simon Lyons & Co acted on behalf of the purchaser.
