Phase I at Gretna Gateway Outlet Village, the factory outlet centre on the Scottish border at Gretna Green, is now fully let following deals with Cotton Traders and Mathiesons.
Cotton Traders has agreed terms on 1,505 sq ft (140 sq m) on a five-year lease, while Scottish baker Mathiesons is taking a 3,840 sq ft (355 sq m) unit on a 10-year lease.
The new arrivals join more than 30 existing tenants, including LK Bennett, Lee Cooper, Tommy Hilfiger, Polo Ralph Lauren, Crabtree & Evelyn and TAG Heuer, at Gretna Gateway, which opened in July 1999.
Enabling work has now commenced on Phase II, which will release a further 48,000 sq ft (4,460 sq m) of retail space when it opens next summer.
Lordland and Carter Wassall Murdoch acted for Gretna Gateway. Griffin Webster Partnership advised Mathiesons.
