Property News - Cannock centre adds to line-up

BC Property Holdings has attracted fresh blood to its revamped Forum Shopping Centre at Cannock in Stafford.

Clarks is taking a double unit on a 15-year lease at£38,000 a year, while Bonmarche joins the tenant line-up through an assignment from Superdrug.

The landlord has taken back the 95 sq m former Specsavers unit, which is now available through letting agent Green & Partners.

Clinton Cards is also taking 240 sq m on a new 15-year lease at£53,000 a year.
