Will nobody give poor Blacks a break?

The outdoor specialist, which new chief executive Julia Reynolds aims to turn around, last week posted widened losses and falling sales. Blacks has a store right next to St Paul’s cathedral, where anti-capitalist protesters have been camping out. Perfect, you might think, for shifting a few tents. At the request of the police, however, the store stopped selling them. Given the limited amenities at the protest camp, you can only hope that at least they sold plenty of travel soap and towels.
