Department store group Fenwick has launched a new loyalty programme, offering customers rewards such as money-off points and exclusive benefits.

Privately owned Fenwick’s MyFenwick scheme went live today, and is being promoted with a marketing campaign using the strapline Earn Your Stripes – including a projection on the Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art in the retailer’s home city of Newcastle.
MyFenwick is the retailer’s first loyalty scheme since it was founded in 1882. It is points-based and tiered, starting on green and allowing shoppers to progress to gold as they build up points and win access to other rewards such as members-only events and previews, including with partners such as the Baltic Centre and Newcastle United Football Club. Rewards start from £2 off for 200 points and points can be redeemed for up to a year.
Fenwick deputy executive chair Mia Fenwick said: “MyFenwick is a natural extension of our hospitality, designed to recognise and reward our customers with tailored benefits, exclusive access, and unique experiences. Earn Your Stripes marks the launch of Fenwick’s first-ever loyalty programme, providing meaningful ways to thank and reward our customers when they join the MyFenwick community.”
The supporting marketing campaign includes 50 out-of-home locations. People can join free in-store or online.
