New Look has launched a nationwide loyalty programme as the fashion retailer aims to deliver a more personalised and data-led customer experience.

Club New Look offers members exclusive discounts, tailored offers, early access and prize draws.
The rollout follows a successful trial earlier this year and marks the latest milestone in the retailer’s digital transformation journey, it said.
New Look received a £30m investment in April from its owners Alcentra and Brait to “supercharge” the company’s digital growth. It hopes to double its digital orders from £500m to £1bn by 2030, as well as boost online market share by 10% by the 2028 financial year.
New Look chief executive Helen Connolly said: “At New Look, we’re always exploring ways to better recognise and reward our customers. Club New Look is our new loyalty proposition, designed to offer exclusive, added-value benefits that make our members feel seen, appreciated and inspired.
“Following a successful soft launch, which saw 500,000 customers join our club, we are now aiming to have 800,000 members by the end of the financial year.
“We’re excited to roll this out nationally as part of our ongoing strategy to create a more digitally driven, personalised and rewarding shopping experience.”
Alcentra and Brait put the retailer up for sale over the summer as part of a strategic review of the business. While the company is understood to be in the very early stages of a sale process, Retail Week reported that new Claire’s Accessories owner Modella Capital was considering a bid for the womenswear brand.
