New Look said its loyalty programme was tracking ahead of original targets as it has surpassed 1 million members in the first four months since its national launch.
The fashion retailer reported Club New Look was delivering strong results for the business, with over 80% of members active within a 90-day period and shopping twice as frequently than those who were not signed up.
The programme provides customers with exclusive pricing, early access to new season collections and prize draws.
Club New Look forms part of the retailer’s ongoing digital transformation, which saw brand’s owners inject £30m into the programme last April.
New Look chief customer officer Clare Dobbie said: “Reaching 1 million Club members is a fantastic milestone and a real testament to the team and how strongly it has resonated with customers.
“Customers truly drive our business at New Look, now powered by a world class data platform and capability, Club New Look is a true reflection of this approach.
“From the outset, our ambition was to create a proposition that genuinely adds value – rewarding our most engaged customers while allowing us to deliver more relevant, personalised experiences.
“Hitting this target ahead of plan shows the appetite our customers have for being recognised and rewarded, and we’re excited about what’s next for Club New Look.”
