Lush has launched its first rewards programme in the UK and other key markets following demand from customers.
The scheme dubbed “Lush Club” is available on the Lush app. Customers can sign up and receive first access to new shop new product launches, as well as exclusive drops on the app not found anywhere else.
Users can also earn 50p in their Lush wallet credit for each item of eligible Lush plastic packaging brought back into shops for recycling.
Lush global head of digital marketing and programmes Taniya De Abrew said in a LinkedIn post that customers have been asking for a rewards programme “for decades”.
She continued: “The Lush rewards programme has officially launched in the UK and key markets. It has taken over three years of work and a significant collaborative effort from teams across the business to bring it to life.”
She thanked the Talon.One team for helping to build the omnichannel solution “with the app at the centre”.
Lush is continuing to launch the rewards scheme worldwide.
