
Megan Robinson
Megan Robinson took on the role of senior reporter in 2025, following two years of being a junior reporter at Retail Week.
She currently writes and pitches stories across tech, electricals, marketplaces, health and beauty, and has been driving more content around retail property. She previously wrote about the value sector, which saw her interview the former Poundland managing director and consistently cover and follow news of the administration of Wilko.
More recently, she has ramped up tech coverage, with big features on automation, Amazon’s robotic warehouses across the US and Europe, connected stores, and how AI is impacting the retail sector.
Prior to Retail Week, she was a junior reporter at trade publication Mobile News and has written for music, beauty and sustainability publications.
She has a BA Hons in Journalism from Kingston University, where she also worked as the arts and entertainment editor for the student newspaper, and interviewed UK grime artist Stormzy.
