This is reflected in recent news that JD Sports is allowing customers to purchase its products directly through AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini and Microsoft Copilot (in the US only, currently). Meanwhile, ChatGPT released a new agent with the aim of carrying out an online shop for UK customers.
