The loyalty programme will offer Nectar customers lower prices on products based on their shopping habits, alongside usual Nectar Prices on multiple categories including dairy, fruit and veg, bakery, meat and fish.

Sainsbury’s has launched Your Nectar Prices nationwide available exclusively to Nectar customers

Grocery giant Sainsbury’s has today announced the rollout of Your Nectar Prices at supermarket tills across the country from July 25. 

The new roll out aims to allow over 8.5 million more customers to access Your Nectar Prices. 

Customers can now get up to 10 personalised offers each week, with new recommendations, a regular ‘drop’ of personalised savings and new Your Nectar Prices made available every Friday. 

To access these savings, customers must be digitally registered with Nectar which can be done online or via the Nectar app. 

From July 25, customers will need to select the Your Nectar Prices by unlocking them in the Nectar app or website before shopping. 

The group predicts the new till roll out could save customers as much as £150 per year, in addition to savings already available through Nectar Prices.

Sainsbury’s chief marketing, data and sustainability officer Mark Given said: “Over the past few years, we’ve made significant strides with Nectar, with Nectar Prices being a big part of that success, bringing great value to millions of customers. 

“But what really sets us apart is that we’re leading the way by making loyalty personal. Shoppers want to feel recognised and rewarded and while Nectar Prices are for everyone, we know our customers love an offer that is made just for them. 

“That’s exactly what Your Nectar Prices delivers – it’s about giving customers those extra savings on the products they love and buy most.

“Every week over a million customers are making the most of their personalised discounts and, by rolling this out to our checkouts, we’re opening the door for millions more to grab fantastic offers on the items they already purchase and maybe even discover some new favourites.”

Over one million customers are already using Your Nectar Prices each week via SmartShop, Sainsbury’s website, and the grocery app, resulting in over £60m in customer savings in the last year alone.
