Omega European Investment has paid£15 million for Birmingham's Great Western Arcade and 10 Colmore Row. The Victorian Arcade, with a 1950s office building fronting Colmore Row, was sold by Prudential Property Investment Managers. It provides 2,970 sq m of retail space in 42 units, and 1,700 sq m of office space over six floors. Jones Lang LaSalle advised the purchaser. Fuller Peiser the vendor.
