Occasionwear specialist Club L London has snapped up fashion retailer Lavish Alice.

Club L London announced today that it has acquired fellow fashion retailer Lavish Alice in a deal that unites âtwo leading, legacy brandsâ specialising in occasionwear and elevated fashion.
The deal, which was completed for an undisclosed seven figures, marks the first acquisition of another brand for Club L London and includes the intellectual property, website, inventory, social media and customer data of Lavish Alice.
Club L London said today that the deal âstrengthensâ its market position and contributes towards its ongoing global expansion strategy.
Lavish Alice is expected to continue operating as a standalone brand under its new owner and co-founders and directors Lee Bloor and Matthew Newton, and will âoversee the transitionâ before exiting the business.

Lavish Alice was first founded in 2013 and has been worn by celebrities including Kendall Jenner and Katy Perry as well as previously launching a capsule collection in collaboration with Lindsay Lohan.
The news comes after Club L London reported a strong year of growth with revenue up 51% year on year to ÂŁ44m in 2024 and a rise in gross profit from ÂŁ17.7m to ÂŁ23.3m.
