A technical athletic apparel brand, Lululemon designs gear for activities including yoga, running and training.
The Canadian athleisure retailer’s UK flagship based on London’s Regent Street features The Suite, which offers customers the “complete Lululemon shopping experience”, comprising a phone conversation followed up with a full two-hour curated appointment in store.
Lululemon has more than 10 stores in the UK, with other locations including Guildford, Manchester and a shop-in-shop in Selfridges, London.
Keen to extend its reach beyond clothing, the brand – which says yoga is at the core of everything it does – runs the Here to Be social impact programme, endeavouring to create access to yoga and meditation across social, physical and economic barriers.
Its global store network is used to support the needs of local communities via partnerships with grassroots non-profit organisations.
Indeed, innovation and international expansion have been driving the retailer’s growth, particularly in Asia and Europe.
