Quirky fashion retailer White Stuff has hired Julian Baker from STA Travel as its new marketing director.

Baker, who has previously held multichannel and ecommerce director roles at TK Maxx, The Co-op and Ann Summers, will help build White Stuff’s multichannel offer.

He is the first hire under new White Stuff chief executive Jeremy Seigal who joined the retailer in February. Seigal was previously chief executive of Superdrug parent AS Watson Health & Beauty UK.

Baker starts at the retailer next Monday.
