Fashion chains Jack Wills and Hoss Intropia have both signed to St Martin’s Courtyard, in London’s Covent Garden.

Both stores will open in the spring, “almost completing” the shopping destination’s line-up.

British brand Jack Wills has taken a 8,420 sq ft store that spans three floors.

Spanish chain Hoss Intropia will open in a 2,051 sq ft unit across two floors.

The retailers will sit alongside the recently open flagships for Cos and Massimo Dutti. Banana Republic is set to open in April.

There are 16 further units available within the courtyard area, which is set to open in late summer 2010.

Landlord Shaftesbury said it has attracted “much interest” from independent and emerging labels, as well as established brands, for the shops.

Shaftesbury director Simon Quayle said: “We are delighted with the retail mix on Long Acre and are in discussions with some great brands for the courtyard units to create a unique destination”.
