Two anchor tenants have signed up for Thornfield Properties' Kingfisher Centre at Redditch, Worcestershire.
Next and Sports World (previously Sports Soccer) will open next year in the 1 million sq ft (83,000 sq m) mall, which benefited from a£70 million refurbishment recently.
Sports World has taken 13,160 sq ft (1,220 sq m) and will open in the summer, while Next has taken 17,500 sq ft (1,625 sq m) and will trade from next autumn. Both retailers have signed up for 15-year leases and will occupy both ground and first floor space.
Existing retailers at the Kingfisher Centre include Debenhams, Allders, Marks & Spencer, Bhs, H&M, River Island, HMV, Clarks, Boots, JJB Sports, TK Maxx, Argos and Clinton Cards.
Thornfield Properties chief executive Jason Marcus said: 'With footfall continuing to increase at the centre to record levels, Redditch is fast becoming a regional retail destination in the South Midlands.'
