Sainsbury’s staff were in good spirits this week after the orange grocer, an official Paralympics sponsor, bussed 5,000 employees to the London games.
The grocer’s staff who won a competition travelled to Stratford from all over the country on Monday to watch basketball, blind football, goalball and wheelchair tennis matches.
The lucky lot saw Mexico against Germany in the basketball so expect fajitas and schnitzels to be on special offer in store from cheery managers this week.
