Swedish hardware retailer Clas Ohlson has signed its fourth UK store in Reading.
The 20,000 sq ft store, which will sell more than 10,000 products, is located on Broad Street and will open in November.
Clas Ohlson is planning to open between and four and eight stores in the UK by the end of April 2010.
The retailer’s other three stores are in Manchester, Kingston and Croydon, its debut store which opened at the end of last year.
Jones Lang LaSalle advised Clas Ohlson on the Reading deal.
