RRR---FINAL

We extensively interviewed leaders from 25 retail businesses to find out what their relationships with landlords are like, how they would like to see business rates reformed and what role the store plays in their channel mix.

The groundbreaking report Rents, Rates, Reform reveals that:

  • 28% will open more, despite leaders expecting ecommerce to grow to 40% of their total sales in five years
  • 40% are opening stores on local high streets – the most popular location – to reach remote workers
