EE has opened its another experience store in the UK following the successful launch of its debut store in Westfield London last year.
The store opens today (May 2) in Bristol’s Cabot Circus, offering the latest connected technology, face-to-face advice and guidance on the devices and tech in store.
The opening underlines EE’s retail strategy announced in June 2023.
The store includes the experience zones seen at the Westfield site, comprising a welcome zone, gaming zone, basecamp, and tech live.
Each one offers something unique so customers can see the latest product launches, play games, sit down with a coffee on the work benches, or try out new tech before purchasing.
The Bristol store also introduces the future of the connected home, where shoppers can visualise their smart home set-up in the tech home area, and learn about security tools, broadband solutions and connected speakers.
The store opens with an exclusive appearance from ex-England rugby player, pundit and TV presenter Ugo Monye. Exclusive in-store deals, offers and entertainment will also be available for shoppers.
Since the Westfield London experience store opened, footfall has increased by 250%.

EE retail director Asif Aziz said: “As part of our commitment to support Britain’s high streets through innovative, experience-driven retail concepts, we have pledged to invest £6m in 10 new experience stores over the next year, with Bristol being the first location to open in the South West.
“Our ambition is to be the most personal, customer-focused brand in the UK. With our new experience store, we’re bringing this to life, sharing the latest innovations with the local community in Bristol and helping them to visualise their own personal connected lives in store.
“Our research reveals that two fifths of Bristolians could use more help with understanding the key features of their connected devices and getting the most out of their smart home technology.
