Retail Property - Princes Square in Glasgow bags six new tenants

Links of London, Furla, Dower & Hall, Irrocco Patisserie, Louise Shafar and Brownns have been added to the tenant line-up at Glasgow's Princes Square, which is managed by Teesland on behalf of Hermes and Insight Investment Management.

Meanwhile, Lacoste is doubling the size of its existing store at the centre by moving to a 1,450 sq ft (135 sq m) unit.

Knightsbridge-based jeweller Dower & Hallis is taking 735 sq ft (65 sq m), Links of London 955 sq ft (90 sq m), and Furla 1,390 sq ft (130 sq m). All three retailers have selected Princes Square for their first Scottish stores.

Glasgow-based jeweller Louise Shafar is taking 495 sq ft (45 sq m), and branded fashion retailer Brownns will occupy 930 sq ft (85 sq m).

All units have been let on a 10-year lease with a turnover-linked rent.
