Property news - Two units for Maltings

Chester Properties has let two units in the Courtyard at its Maltings Shopping Centre in St Albans at rents of more than£80 Zone A. Flight Centre has taken a 70 sq m unit at a rent of£33,600 a year. Also Great Chinese Herbal Medicine, which trades as Dr China, has taken an 80 sq m unit at a rent of£36,250 a year. Dr China was represented by Churston Heard, Knight Frank acted for Flight Centre and letting agent for the Maltings is Douglas Stevens & Co.
