Two new retailers are moving into the prime section at the top end of London's Regent Street. At 260 Regent Street, Bally has assigned its lease to Whistles. An undisclosed premium was paid for the 3,000 sq ft (280 sq m) store lease. Thorntons has assigned its lease at 254 Regent Street to Monsoon for a premium of about£500,000. Churston Heard acted for both Thorntons and Bally.
