Property news - Leicester Sq building sold

Hermes Property Asset Management has sold 17-19 Leicester Square to Soho Estates for£14 million. The sale reflects a net yield of 5.4 per cent. The building is let to Burger King for a term of 24 years, from September 1985, at a rent of£795,000 per annum. CB Hillier Parker acted for Hermes. Gavin Duncan Associates advised Soho Estates.
