The 60,000 sq ft (5,575 sq m) extension to the Prospect shopping centre in Hull is now fully let following a deal with Dixons, which is relocating from nearby Princess Quay to open the first of its xL-format stores in the Northeast. The retailer has signed a 15-year lease on a 15,000 sq ft (1,395 sq m) unit at£210,000 a year. Fawley & Booth and Douglas Stevens acted for landlord Aberdeen Property Investors.
