Founder Rowan Gormley became executive chairman on an interim basis until a new CEO was appointed. However, in early 2024, Rodrigo Maza was appointed group chief executive designate. Maza will work alongside Gormley for the following few months to accommodate a successful transition with Gormley then returning to his previous position as non-executive chairman.
