Hammerson has been selected to develop a 200,000 sq ft (18,580 sq m) retail park as part of a wider regeneration project at Falkirk, Scotland.
The Falkirk Gateway site on the town's eastern edge will be developed with a mix of retail, office and leisure uses.
Overall, the project, which Hammerson will develop in partnership with Macdonald Estates, will provide a 300,000 sq ft (27,870 sq m) office park and a 100,000 sq ft (9,290 sq m) DIY store, with a further 100,000 sq ft of non-food retail space for bulky goods.
There is also provision for a hotel, car showrooms and the potential development of a casino, tennis centre, restaurant and visitors' centre.
The 300 acre (120 ha) Falkirk Gateway site was put together by a consortium of landowners, including Falkirk Council, Callendar Estates, Falkirk College of Further and Higher Education and Scottish Enterprise Forth Valley.
Last year the consortium selected a shortlist of 11 proposals for further consideration. Work is expected to start on site next summer.
