Famous London food retailer Fortum & Mason has launched an on-demand delivery service.

Fortnum & Mason has struck a partnership through premium convenience delivery brand Zapp, enabling shoppers in the capital to order items such as hampers, teas, and chocolate biscuits to arrive “in minutes” 24 hours each day.
Fortnum & Mason chief brand and creative officer Liz Darran said: “We are always looking for new ways to bring our products to customers in a way that complements their busy lifestyles. Partnering with leading tech brand Zapp ensures our customers can enjoy their favourite Fortnum’s treats whenever they wish.”
Zapp director Rowan Lawson said: “We’re delighted to welcome Fortnum & Mason to Zapp, offering our customers instant access to some of the most sought-after luxury products on the market. Our partnership combines the best of Zapp’s on-demand delivery with Fortnum’s heritage and quality, reflecting a shift in how premium brands now reach consumers.”
Fortnum & Mason said it was “the first of London’s high-end stores to partner with an on-demand delivery service”.
Zapp was launched in 2022 and works with brands including Apple and LVMH.
Last week, Fortnum & Mason was named best retailer under £250m at the Retail Week Awards.
