Womenswear chain Etam is investing more than£500,000 in its Birmingham Bullring store.
The two-floor store will have more than 6,000 sq ft (555 sq m) of retail space, and is due to open in the first week of September.
Styles & Wood has secured the contract to design the store, alongside Etam's in-house team.
The shop, which will be a regional showcase, will feature a suspended ceiling, wall cladding and a glazed, under-lit escalator. It will also include a separate area for Tammy, Etam's teenwear range.
Etam has approximately 200 shops in the UK.
