Department store giant John Lewis has today unveiled its Black Friday deals, all backed by its Never Knowingly Undersold promise.

The retailer said that it would continue to match 25 major competitors and all their associated offers and discounts throughout the Black Friday period, and said it expected to sell over 17.5 million products during the Sale.
John Lewis said it expected this year’s Black Friday event to be a “pivotal moment for the retailer, driving significant volume”, with next-day click and collect available at 10,000 locations across the country.
The brand said it expected to send out a parcel to customers every 1.95 seconds during the period, and that it expected more than 40% of orders to be click and collect.
Offers include mobile phones, coffee machines, TVs, smart watches and fragrances. The retailer is also offering five-year guarantees on televisions, two-year guarantees on other tech, and 25-year guarantees on own-brand upholstery.
John Lewis ecommerce and digital director Steve Masterton said: “This Black Friday, John Lewis is ensuring customers’ festive spending goes further. Our Never Knowingly Undersold commitment means shoppers get the most competitive prices on the best quality products, all wrapped in the trusted service we’re famous for.”
