From digital personal assistants to tailored product recommendations, Microsoft research reveals organisations investing in establishing the right approach to AI technology now – by developing underlying values, ethics, and processes – outperform those that are not by 9%. 

Given the speed at which AI is developing, this gap is almost certain to widen in the coming years.
