David was appointed Customer and Ecommerce Director at Heal’s in 2016, responsible for ecommerce, customer service and IT at the world-famous furniture and homewares retailer. Prior to his role at Heal’s, he held senior ecommerce, strategy and commercial roles at Snow+Rock, Waterstones and Blacks.

Sean McKee, former Director of Ecommerce and Customer Experience, Schuh

Sean is a seasoned, detail-oriented ecommerce leader who is passionate about driving strategy and the day-to-day performance of volume online commerce. He progressed through a range of retail roles at Schuh, rising to Director of Ecommerce and Customer Experience in 2016. In July of this year he took up a new role as Director of Ecommerce at Candle Shack.

Sean Malkin, UK Account Strategist, Criteo

Sean leads the UK account strategy team within Criteo, a global leader in commerce marketing. An adtec specialist, he has worked with some of the UK’s largest retailers and agencies, helping them to deliver support to drive ecommerce success for the company’s core retail and travel clients.
