French beauty brand Aroma Zone is eyeing up another London location three months after its debut opening in Westfield London, Retail Week understands.
The brand is looking at Westfield Stratford for a potential second London opening, due to its high visitor numbers and wide mix of brands.
On a tour of Aroma Zone’s Westfield London tour, managing director Penny Grivea told Retail Week that the brand “will be looking to open more stores in the future”.
While no timeline was given, she did say this year is for “testing and learning”, to validate its position, put on events, see what is working and be more relevant to the UK customer.
Live data and online trading also help the brand see where the demand is. The UK website only became operational in October 2025, but it is a good indicator of where it looks to potentially open a store.
“I was really surprised that even people in villages in Ireland and some towns I’ve never heard about in the UK are ordering products,” Grivea said.
“My view is that we have to start with London first, and that’s where we are putting our efforts. The biggest chunk of business is coming from London, but then there’s also Manchester, Scotland, Birmingham and Cornwall.”
The current store at Westfield London opened in November 2025 and features beauty products spanning hair, face and body care, supplements, and more. It also operates workshops on the first floor for customers to learn more about the products.
