Electricals retailer Currys has partnered with an intelligence management platform to launch a new AI tool for store staff.

Teaming up with Quorso, Currys is rolling out the âAction AIâ tool in stores to help teams work more efficiently, and save time by making data easier to find and understand.
The smart platforms solution brings information on sales, footfall, promotions, surveys and customer satisfaction into an action-focused dashboard.
The aim is to help managers and teams leverage data, focus on what matters most, and take the right action.
Product categories that arenât performing well can be easily identified and sent to the root cause through real time transaction trends. This is due to millions of calculations being made across the store network.
Teams can also learn from top-performing stores by seeing what is working well across Currysâ entire store estate, which can be easily accessed within the Action AI dashboard.
The platform launched in 16 Currys stores across the UK, ahead of a full rollout planned in September.
