Avon to open its first UK stores

Cosmetics company Avon is set to open its first shops in the UK in its 137-year history.

The beauty company is known for being a global business that uses sales representatives to make house-to-house visits, but this strategy had to be reviewed as reps had to stop visiting houses during the pandemic.

The company, which was first established in 1884 and moved its headquarters to the UK in 2016, said it would open its first Avon stores in the UK in the next two months.
