Pre-tax profits for shoe retailer Russell Bromley grew 25 per cent to £13.1 million for the year to December 31.
According to accounts filed at Companies House, turnover grew to£80.7 million from£73.8 million the year before.
The retailer said it would expand its store portfolio organically when opportunities arose and that this would only occur where shop rents demanded were not at uneconomical levels.
Russell & Bromley has around 50 stores across the UK selling women’s, men’s and children’s shoes as well as handbags and accessories.
Last week it opened and adult and a children’s store at Westfield London.
