Ranking: 20 retailers which deliver an excellent customer experience
Specsavers, Ocado and Screwfix top the charts for the best customer experience levels in retail, according to The Harris Poll UK’s 2026 Customer Experience Index. So what sets them apart?
Specsavers topped the list of all 100 brands, retail or otherwise, with a score of 85.5. The result placed the optician ahead of beloved brands like Monzo, Centre Parks, Emirates and more.
