Jigsaw has been through a tumultuous period over the past few years, posting significant losses on the back of falling sales and the slew of senior departures showing no sign of abating following the restructuring of the business. The retailer had been moving forward under former Karen Millen boss Beth Butterwick who became its third CEO in as many years but, after more than three years at the helm, Butterwick stepped down in late 2023 with former Oasis and Warehouse Group CEO Hash Ladha taking over as Jigsaw CEO.
