Beauty brand Glossier has made its second foray into bricks and mortar in the UK with the launch of a pop-up on London’s iconic Floral Street.

The store, which is set to open its doors to shoppers on November 20 and run through to February 9, is the first pop-up the beauty brand has unveiled in the UK since 2017.

The UK is Glossier’s second-biggest market after its native US, where its New York flagship store averages 50,000 monthly visitors.

Each of the beauty brand’s stores take inspiration from their local area, and its London pop-up is no exception.

The store’s décor takes its lead from traditional British social clubs complete with William Morris-esque wallpaper, the design of which was hand-drawn by the brand’s in-house creative team.

The store comprises five rooms, each with their own defined colour scheme, and stocks products across Glossier’s skincare and beauty ranges as well as products from its recently launched sister brand Glossier Play.

At the back of the shop, there is a full-scale installation of a London rooftop in Glossier pink where customers can take selfies.

The store is till-free, and shoppers can buy products via iPads held by store staff, which Glossier calls ‘offline editors’.

Purchases can then be collected from a booth at the back of the store.
