Womenswear brand Lavish Alice has made two new appointments to its leadership team as it looks to accelerate its global expansion strategy.

The fashion label has named Blue Wilson as its new managing director and Michael Egerton as creative director.
Wilson brings almost two decades of fashion and retail experience to the role, most notably spending a decade at Nadine Merabi as its chief executive and co-founder.
Egerton joins from Nadine Merabi, where he has spent the past three years heading up the womenswear label’s creative team.
He has also held similar roles at Moda in Pelle, Ego, Manière De Voir, and MissPap.
Lavish Alice’s owner, KCR Group, said the appointments mark a “pivotal new chapter in the brand’s evolution”.
The pair will support the brand’s expansion in existing markets and new territories across Europe, the Middle East, North America, and Asia-Pacific.
“Blue and Michael are exceptional talents who share our hunger to build something truly global. Together, they will transform the brand’s vision, set a new creative standard, and accelerate our ambition to be a dominant force in international fashion,” it added.
Commenting on her role, Wilson said: “Lavish Alice has 10 years of meaning behind it – clients who have worn the brand through some of the most important moments of their lives. My focus is on honouring that while growing the brand globally.
“Having Michael alongside me feels like a real privilege. I’m also incredibly lucky to be joining a team that genuinely cares about this brand and puts the Lavish Woman at the heart of everything we do – that passion runs through every person here.”
