Bob Neville is one of two executives exiting Clarks, hot on the heels of former CEO Jonathan Ram

Managing director Bob Neville and chief product officer Victoria Jones have left the business, according to Drapers.

The news comes after Jonathan Ram stepped down earlier this month to “pursue other opportunities” after just two years as chief executive.

Neville leaves the business less than a year after he joined from Under Armour in July, 2023.

Jones leaves the business after more than six years, having first joined Clarks in March, 2018, as head of retail marketing for the UK and Europe.

Clarks declined to comment on the departures.

The footwear retailer posted a decline in profits and turnover for the 48 weeks to December, 2022, as supply chain issues took a toll on trading.
