Retail Week visited Spanish fashion giant Mangoâs sprawling Barcelona campus last week to see how the brand operates and sets itself apart from the competition.
Mango boss Toni Ruiz has hit back at claims that the retailer is another fast-fashion brand as it plans to ramp up its store network and hit âŹ4bn in sales this year.
Mango said it has enjoyed an âextraordinary yearâ after the fashion retailerâs store and category expansion helped to deliver a 13% increase in both sales and operating profit.
