Pureplay retailer Feelunique specialises in premium beauty products, offering over 500 brands and 32,000 products on the website. Its product range encompassing fragrance, bath and body, haircare, skincare, cosmetics and electricals, and is aimed at men and women.
Key strategic priorities for the business include offering a seamless customer journey, increased personalisation and content marketing.
Based in the Channel Islands since 2005, the etailer has a strong online presence in the UK and international markets. It opened a distribution centre in Hong Kong in 2018 and now 20% of its annual sales come from China.
To support online growth, Feelunique partnered with Zalando in August 2019 to launch 1,000 beauty products on the fashion marketplace. It has a small bricks-and-mortar presence in France and runs beauty salons and a spa in the Channel Islands, but has no firm plans for a physical presence in the UK yet.
