Edwards is ex-Whistles director
Boardwear-inspired fashion chain White Stuff has appointed ex-Whistles commercial director Greg Edwards as its financial director.
Edwards previously worked at Arcadia and French Connection.
White Stuff is strengthening its senior management team in order to cope with expansion plans, which include opening five to seven stores a year for the next four years. It is also seeking a director of merchandise.
Chief operating officer Sally Bailey was promoted to chief executive earlier this year.
White Stuff recently opened three stores at Tunbridge Wells, Brighton and Harrogate, increasing its portfolio to 30 UK stores and three Alpine shops.
The company was founded in 1986 by ski fanatics George Treves and Sean Thomas, who sold printed T-shirts in the Alps to fund their pursuit of the sport.
